Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY:

UK DELIVERY:

Orders will normally be dispatched 24-48 hours from time of order excluding weekends, any orders made on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Currently we use Royal Mail delivery service and should arrive in the amount of working days specified for that class of mail. Please allow 7-10 days from the time of purchase before reporting a delayed package.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Orders will normally be dispatched 24-48 hours from time of order excluding weekends, any orders made on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard and should arrive in Europe within three to five working days and the rest of the world within five to seven working days. Please allow 10-12 days in Europe and up to 14 days for the rest of the world before reporting a delayed package.

FREE LOCAL HAND DELIVERY:

If you are lucky enough to live within a certain radius we offer free local delivery.

Orders will normally be dispatched same day but please allow 24-48 hours from time of purchase excluding weekends, any orders made on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. Rush/Emergency orders may be available at an extra charge. We may contact you for a delivery time if your order is unable to go through your letter box so please ensure all contact details are up to date and correct. Hand deliveries are between 9am and 4pm unless otherwise arranged.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

RETURNS:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Prior to returning any item please email me a photo along with a reason for wishing to return or exchange it to info@beintrigued.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Any items returned in a used condition or opened will no be refunded unless otherwise confirmed via email.

PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Personalised items cannot be returned but if you need to exchange due to an engraving mistake, send an email to info@beintrigued.co.uk advising me of the mistake. In some cases a return will not be necessary and a new item will be dispatched after photographic proof is provided.

Please note that Ogham is read bottom to top.

COST OF RETURNS:

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once I have received your returned item, I will notify you. I will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If approved you may exchange it on a like for like basis or receive a full refund.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you received your items via hand delivery one of our staff will some and collect the item from you unless otherwise arranged by you.

We are not responsible for items seized by the Customs & Excise in your own country, and we are unable to refund these items.

DELAYS:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond My reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

I will update delivery times in the event of strike action from the Royal mail and may use another courier service
